computer health problem



   Aaj ke daur me aisa kaun sa insaan hai jise TV aur Computer screen ke saamane ghanton na baithana padata ho. aise me aankho ki samasya utpann ho jaana aam baat hai. shodhon ke anusaar, Computer ke saamane baithane vaale 50 pratishat se lekar 90 pratishat tak logo me aankho se judee samasyae janm le letee hai. in samasyao me chakkar aana, kaam me galatiyaa, aankhe laal hona aur aankho me jalan shaamil hai. TV aur Computer ke saamane jyaada der lagaataar baithane se aankhe apanee namee kho detee hai. ham sabhi ko kabhi na kabhi in samasyao se do chaar hona padata hai.

Computer aur TV ke saamane baithana bhi nahin chhod sakate. parantu rah rahakar hamen khyaal aata hai ki aankho par bahut stres pad raha hai. aaie jaanate hai kuchh aise upaay jinase is samasya se raahat paee ja sakatee hai.

1. aankho ki jaanch karae :

4. kare Computer ki setting me badalav :

   aankho ki suraksha ke lie Computer ki setting me bhi badlav kiya ja sakata hai. Computer ki setting me jaakar brightness ko edajast kare. brightness ko samany rakhe bahut jyada bright ya kam bright aankho ke lie nukasanadayak hai. isake alava jahan tak ho sake saphed background par kale akshar me kam kare.

5. palke japakana badha de :


   ham aksar dhyaan nahin dete aur Computer par kam karate samay lagataar isaki taraph dekhate rahate hai. aise me palke japakana lagabhag bhul jate hai. halanki bina dhyaan die bhi ham palake japakate hai parantu aankho ko Computer par hone vaale nukasaan ko kam karane aur aaraam badhaane ke lie dhyaan rakhakar baar baar palke japakaana chahie. 
is se aankho me nami utarati hai aur aankho me sookhaapan lagane se chhutkara milta hai.


6. aankho ki eksasaij kare:


  aapaki aankhe Computer ki taraph lagataar dekhane ke karan thak jaati hai. har  20 minat baad Computer se najaren hata le. kisi aisi cheej ko dekhe jo aapase kareeb 20 pheet ki dooree par ho. yah aankho ke lie ek kism ki eksasaij hai. agale eksasaij me door sthit cheej ko kareeb 15 sekand tak dekhie phir paas ki cheej ko bhi 15 minat tak dekhie. aisa 10 baar kijie. dono hi eksasaij se aapki aankho par Computer ki vajah se padne vaale stres me kami aaegi.

7. chhote brek leejie:

   ham me se bahut se logon ko lagataar Computer par baithana padata hai. beech me ham ek brek lete hai. kai shodhon se saabit hua hai ki ek lambe brek ke badle kai saare chhote-chhote brek lie jaane chahie. Computer par lagataar baithana na sirph aapaki aankho balki kandho, reedh, peeth aur gardan ko bhi hani pahunchata hai. 5 minat ke chhote brek lene se aankho aur shareer ke any hisson ko kaaphee aaraam milega aur koi sthayi samasya utpann nahin hogi.

8. Computer ke lie khaastaur se bane chashmo ka istemaal :
